Yes. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your booking. Rescheduling is available anytime from your dashboard at no extra cost.
No. Many clients leave access instructions (key safe codes, building entry details) and let our cleaners work independently. You can add these during checkout.
Yes. After your first booking, you can set up weekly, fortnightly, or monthly recurring cleans from your dashboard. We'll match you with the same cleaner whenever possible.
